Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your tutoring session. Please review our cancellation terms:

• 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your time slot to other clients.
• Late Cancellation (Within 24 Hours): If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled session, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
• No-Show or Cancellations Within 12 Hours: If you are not available when I arrive for your lesson or cancel within 12 hours of your session, you will be charged the full session fee.
• Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies can arise. If you need to cancel due to illness or another emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion, based on the situation. In some cases, we may require documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note).

Refund Policy

• Cancellations by Us: If we need to cancel a session, we will offer you a full refund or allow you to reschedule at a convenient time.
• Completed Sessions: No refunds will be issued for completed sessions. If you are dissatisfied with the session, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your concerns, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
• Prepaid Packages: Refunds for unused sessions from prepaid packages will be issued at the individual session rate. If you choose to cancel remaining sessions, we will process your refund within five business days.
