  2. Booking and Scheduling
    All tutoring sessions must be booked by contacting us directly via telephone.
    Once a session is booked, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your session.
    We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any session with reasonable notice.
  3. Fees and Payment
    All fees for tutoring sessions will be displayed on our website and provided upon booking. The fees are subject to change, but any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
    Payments for services must be made in full prior to or at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed.
    We accept payment via credit/debit card
    Any additional costs, such as travel fees for in-person sessions, will be outlined when booking.
  4. Cancellation and Refunds
    If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or the full session fee being charged.
    In the event of an emergency cancellation by us, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
    Refunds will be processed within five business days, subject to our refund policy.
  5. Liability and Disclaimer
    Teach&Fix makes every effort to ensure that tutoring sessions are conducted with professionalism and skill. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or improvements in your computer skills as results may vary based on individual effort, understanding, and engagement.
    We are not liable for any damage to devices or data loss during the provision of our services, unless caused by our negligence.
    We are not responsible for any third-party websites or services that you may use in conjunction with our services.
  6. Intellectual Property
    All content provided during tutoring sessions (including, but not limited to, lesson plans, materials, and resources) remains the intellectual property of Teach&Fix unless otherwise agreed.
    You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials or content provided during tutoring sessions without our explicit consent.
  7. Confidentiality
    Both parties agree to keep confidential any personal, sensitive, or business-related information that may be shared during tutoring sessions, except as required by law.
    We will not share your personal information with third parties unless necessary for the delivery of our services (e.g., payment processing) or as required by law (see our Privacy Policy).
  8. Code of Conduct
    Clients are expected to behave professionally during sessions, treating the tutor with respect and adhering to appropriate conduct.
    Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in the termination of services with no refund.
